Ordering

1. What will be included in the delivery of the cakes? Each order will be accompanied by a customised cake topper, candles and a cake knife 2. Do you customise cakes? Yes, we do. We customise cakes with buttercream and edible icing print. We do not use fondant in our cakes. 3. Do you do fondant cakes? We don't do fondant cakes because we find fondant too sweet. We prefer buttercream for better balance of flavours. 4. Can I change the design upon ordering? A message will be sent to confirm the design and flavour of the cakes. Once confirmed, the design cannot be changed. 5. Are your cakes very sweet? We will reduce the sugar by 10-15% upon request. However certain flavours like Salted Caramel (by its nature) tend to be sweeter. 6. How long in advance do I need to place my order? Order 5 to 7 days in advance for classic and customary cakes 7. Do you deliver cakes? Yes, we deliver cakes (with no minimum order) to all parts of Singapore, except to Jurong Island. However, we use an external courier so we will need to add on a delivery fee. 8. Can I pay upon collection? Payment will need to be made in advance prior to confirmation. 9. Do you cater to events? Yes, we cater to company events and weddings. 10. Is this a home business? Yes. We are armed with the food handling certificate from NEA. 11. Do you offer cakes that are suitable for those with special dietary requirements? Please note that we are not an egg-free, nut-free or dairy-free environment; as careful as we are, there may still be trace amounts of allergens in the cakes. Therefore, please check with us before placing your orders.
